In many cases, the data existed, but leadership lacked trust in the forecasts, reporting wasn’t driving action, or operational discipline had eroded as the business scaled or changed.

My approach is to create structure where complexity exists — connecting finance to operations, improving visibility into business performance, and helping leadership teams make more informed decisions with greater confidence.

They require business partnership, commercial judgment, and the ability to translate financial insight into operational action.
